|1. It is my first time exchanging electronic currency, I don't know what the steps are.|
|1. You need to register as a PayeGold member.|
2. Log in as a member, and edit your banking information and your receiving bank account.
3. Submit your order and pay the source currency (to the account receivable in the order) within 24 hours. This requires you to do a manual transfer, we will not automatically charge your account.
4. We will send the target currency to the receiving bank account provided by you in the order.
5. A transaction is completed at this point.

|2. How long does it take to process my order?|
|After you place your order, please pay the source currency within 24 hours. If you pay in RMB, please confirm the order submission as prompted by the site to ensure the order processed as soon as possible. After we receive the source currency, we will send you the target currency within 24 hours.|
If you are in urgent need for the target currency and want to receive it as soon as possible, please >> contact us through online message after you paid the source currency. We will give priority to your order. Under normal circumstances, we will process the order as soon as we confirmed the source currency is paid.
|3. Who will pay the transaction fees?|
|We are not responsible for any fee generated in the process of the transaction.|
Each of the electronic money transfer fees are as follows:
PerfectMoney USD transfer fee is 0.50%, Unauthenticated account transfer fee is 1.99%, The transfer fee will be deducted from the Payer.
WebMoney WMZ transfer fee is 0.80%, Max fee is $50.00, The transfer fee will be deducted from the Payer.
BTC-E USD CODE transfer fee is Free.
Payeer USD transfer fee is 0.95%, The transfer fee will be deducted from the Payee.
OKPay USD transfer fee is 0.50%, Max fee is $2.99, The transfer fee will be deducted from the Payer.
PerfectMoney EUR transfer fee is 0.50%, Unauthenticated account transfer fee is 1.99%, The transfer fee will be deducted from the Payer.
OKPay EUR transfer fee is 0.50%, Max fee is €2.99, The transfer fee will be deducted from the Payer.
AdvCash USD transfer fee is Free.
AdvCash EUR transfer fee is Free.
Bitcoin transfer fee is ฿0.0010 The transfer fee will be deducted from the Payer.
|4. What are the limits in amount of currency for each transaction?|
|The minimum transaction amount is 100.00 CNY, and $20.00 e-currency or USD. The maximum amountfor a single transaction is 150,000 CNY or the equivalent in E-currency. |
WesternUnion and MoneyGram transactions can not more than 10,000 USD in each order.

|5. As an old customer, do I get any premium benefit?|
|There are six levels of members. As transaction amount accumulates, the level will grow, and the level will correspond to more preferential convertibility. Details can be viewed in >> Membership levels and discounts.|
|6. What do I do if I placed a wrong order by mistake?|
|Please log in to your account, click on "My Orders", go into the new order list, and delete the misplaced order. Then, resubmit a correct order.|
|7. Why sometimes when I log into PayeGold, it logout automatically?|
|If you use an IE browser, do the following:|
Click Tools on the menu-->Internet Options-->General
Find the "delete temporary files, history, Cookie, saved passwords and web form informationtab, click on "delete". In the pop-up window, tick the "Cookies" option and click "delete" then "OK". Then, reopen the browser and reopen the site. This should solve the problem.
|8. Why sometimes the orders of selling OKPay are processed more slowly?|
|If you pay with OKPay, according to their regulations, Sometimes your OKPay order will have to be verified by OKPay. During the verification period, the order will be in "Hold" status. Usually it takes 1-24hrs(working day) to verify, the exact duration depens on OKPay. When the order is verified, we will process your order immediately.|
|9. What is your business hour?|
|Currently Our working time are Monday to Saturday: 09:30-24:00 (GMT+8), Sunday: 10:00 - 21:00 (GMT+8).|
